Dylan Harig, ChFC®, AIF®, is an experienced wealth advisor with a reputation for putting clients first. He established the company based on the mission to help clients build and implement financial strategies to build and protect wealth.

Dylan believes this represents the integrity clients need during a volatile, uncertain economic landscape.

Dylan is a graduate of Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He worked his way through college as a student athlete, playing basketball at Barat College, Oklahoma Christian University, and Baylor. His education and competitive, entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with his industry experience helped establish a solid foundation for the creation of Redwood Financial. Dylan has expanded his industry education and achieved the professional designation of ChFC® Chartered Financial Consultant.

Dylan currently lives in Colleyville, TX. He enjoys the outdoors, playing sports, giving back to the community, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Vicki Back is the Director of Operations at our sister company Redwood Financial and a Licensed Insurance Agent specializing in Medicare. With over 20 years of customer service experience, she is dedicated to helping individuals navigate their Medicare Journey and specializes in providing unbiased solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Her journey in the insurance industry began while working behind the scenes in several different roles in healthcare, leading her to a passion for helping others understand their healthcare options. She has developed a deep understanding of Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. Her goal is to simplify the process for her clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need without the stress and confusion.

Vicki is a previous business owner and prides herself on her commitment to exceptional customer service and ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Whether you’re new to Medicare or looking to review your current plan, she’s here to provide guidance and support every step of the way.

When not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, working out, and watching sports.
